Terms and Conditions
- The Low Price Guarantee is available to Acendas Members who book a vacation package* or cruise on or after April 2, 2007. Bookings through our Air/Car/Hotel tab or when you call 1-888-205-3315 which is run by our affiliate WWTE do not qualify for the Acendas Discount or Low Price Guarantee.
- If you find a lower rate on the exact vacation package* or cruise on another U.S.-based website (with the exception of membership program websites) within twenty-four (24) hours of your booking with Acendas, and our Acendas Agent verifies that your request qualifies for the Low Price Guarantee, we will discount your balance to match that rate, or we will refund the difference if you have already paid in full.
- The Low Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public online. Without limitation, this does not include corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator, or interline prices; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate or from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be displayed on a U.S.-based website that is available to the general public and must be quoted and booked in U.S. dollars (and without reference to currency converters).
- Individual air, car, hotel bookings are not eligible including any bookings through our affiliate WWTE are not eligible for the Low Price Guarantee.
- You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional, and age-related requirements.
- You must contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of booking with an Acendas Agent to determine if you are eligible for a discount or refund. Call 1-866-448-8747. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our Agents.
- All requests are subject to our verification. Our decisions are final, and, by submitting a request, you fully and unconditionally agree that you are bound by them. We will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price. Nor will we verify any request that we believe, in our sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made in bad faith.
- Limit: three (3) credits per customer per calendar month, regardless of the number of accounts used by the customer.
- We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Low Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
*Vacation packages are air, car and hotel services purchased from a vendor who buys these services on a wholesale basis. Acendas offers these packages to our members at prices that are usually substantially lower than what they could be purchased individually. Some of our Vendors include: GOGO Worldwide Vacations, Funjet Vacations, Southwest Airlines Vacations, Globus, Apple Vacationsand Classic Vacations.
